WESTPORT:
• Superior Schools – Connecticut Magazine named Staples High School the top school in the State!
•
• Great Commute – we are on Metro North’s main train line, with many express trains to Manhattan a day
• Vibrant Downtown – loads of wonderful shopping, restaurants, great library with wi-fi (even outside by the river), outdoor music pavilion in the summer, teen center and more!
• Longshore – once a private country club, now town owned. 18 holes of golf, 3 outdoor pools, tennis, paddle tennis, winter ice skating, sailing and windsurfing, lessons and activities for adults and children all year long. We are the only town in the area with a facility like this, and the prices are so reasonable!
• Beach community – Like many of our sister towns along the coast, we have several beaches to enjoy. Compo Beach is the largest town beach and has volleyball, rollerblading, large playground, pavilion, barbeque grills, boardwalk, baseball, and an abundance of activities including a huge 4th of July festival with fireworks!
• Sophistication – Westport residents expect top quality goods, services and amenities and Westport certainly delivers! Westport has a longstanding tradition of supporting the arts, so we have a steady stream of fairs, concerts, openings, exhibits and top-notch live theater.

• Wonderful schools. Fairfield has a great school system and something else that the neighboring towns don’t have: Fairfield University and Sacred Heart University, both of which provide even more cultural and intellectual stimulation!
• Vibrant Downtown – Fairfield’s downtown area is full of shops, restaurants, and businesses, offering so many things to do all year ‘round. Fairfield’s train station is also located in the heart of its downtown and a second Fairfield train station is under construction.
• Beautiful Beaches – Fairfield’ sandy beaches are a treasure!
• Lake District – Fairfield’s Lake Mohegan offers private beaches and a sprinkler park for those lucky residents nearby, but also acres of hiking trails open to the public.
• Southport – step back in time to visit this quaint, picturesque and upscale town-within-a-town – it has its own post office, market, restaurants, shops, train station, harbor and beach. “Revolutionary Road” starring Leonardo DiCaprio was filmed in downtown Southport – all they had to change was the advertising in the storefront windows and the cars out front!
• Golf – in addition to the private clubs, Fairfield has a par-3 golf course in the beach area, AND Fairchild Wheeler and Smith Richardson 18 hole courses.
• Real Estate – Fairfield has a wide variety of properties available, from the modest 2 bedroom capes to the expansive estates with paddocks! There is something for everyone in this beautiful town.

WESTON:
• Top Schools – Weston has all of its schools on a campus setting, and offers a truly superior education within a small-class environment.
• Property – If you are looking for privacy and property, then Weston is the place to be! With 2 acre town zoning, you will be assured to find serenity and plenty of space to live, entertain and unwind. Some houses have sweeping lawns, and others have dramatic rocks, rustling woods, streams, ponds, and spectacular views! You won’t be on top of your neighbor in Weston, CT!
• Wholesome lifestyle – Years ago, the town of Weston made a conscious decision to avoid commercialism in favor of a small-town atmosphere. There are no fast food restaurants, no movie theaters, no chain stores. Instead, there is a small and inviting town center with post office, grocery, and shops where you are greeted by name!
• Sophistication – While they don’t advertise themselves, Weston is home to many world-famous artists, actors and musicians. Median income in Weston is high, and the average Westonite is both well-educated and worldly.
• Scenery – Driving through Weston is to enjoy a scenic wonderland all year ‘round. Witness a magical winter snowstorm, feel the gentle summer breezes off the rivers, or view spectacular fall foliage, and you will be glad to call Weston your home.
